Tom Staverosky, Founder
Tom Staverosky is the founder and president of ForeverWell. He is a 1975 graduate of Duke University and began his career in natural medicine in 1992 after previous experience in banking and finance.
Tom’s path in natural medicine has been a combination of entrepreneurial adventure and educational challenge. He was determined to find a path to clarity through the morass we call alternative, natural or complementary medicine. As he often says "everyone knows there is something good about natural medicine, but they are not sure what, and so they turn to the health food store, the Internet, and the book store to learn more and what they get is overwhelmed and confused. There are so many products, and so many stories people just don’t know which way to turn or whom to believe."
Tom’s intention with ForeverWell is to inspire the individual to understand the nature of chronic illness and the power one has to influence the course of their disease. "Customers quickly learn that while we are selling products our real focus is teaching a philosophy about the cause of disease and the path to cure that speaks to their intuitive knowledge, our products are simply a reflection of that philosophy."
Under Tom’s guidance ForeverWell has been diligent in searching modern medical research to find studies that support its ‘honor the wisdom of the body’ philosophy. "While our inspiration has come from a deep understanding of all the traditional healing methods, we were determined to find elements of modern medical research that are directly supportive of our work. We found that support in the field of critical care research and the value of small chain peptides and their vast role in healing the protein metabolism cycles of the body and also in the fascinating research in the new field of neurogastroenterology, or the study of the gut brain."
Tom believes that ForeverWell is destined to be a guiding light in the evolution of a new medical paradigm, one that offers the best of both worlds, combining the philosophies of natural medicine with modern medical science. "Our Gut Brain Therapy™ for Migraine Prevention is just the first step in offering the public real hope in the treatment of chronic illness, there is so much more we can and will do."
Tom has been invited to lecture on the subjects of migraine prevention, peptide research and the role of peptides in healing and also on the details of the gut brain research and the role this extensive neurological system plays in health and wellness. Tom is the father of three daughters and one son and enjoys Frisbee golf and volleyball.
James S. Sensenig, Chief Medical Officer
James S Sensenig, ND, has been practicing naturopathic medicine for thirty years and is well-known for helping thousands of people regain their health. Dr. Sensenig sees patients with complaints of all kinds, and is particularly interested in the treatment of digestive diseases, headaches and migraine, joint and muscle complaints, and chronic fatigue. He also sees children with health problems ranging from asthma and eczema to developmental delays and autism.
"What I love about the work we are doing at ForeverWell is that it is directly reflective of my philosophy of treating migraine and other chronic diseases. The human organism is remarkable in its ability to repair, recover and return to vibrant health. The starting point for almost everyone is to make sure they are getting what they need and eliminating what they cannot use; or more simply said gut and liver. Otherwise the organism is incapable of accomplishing its goal."
Dr. Sensenig graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon where he later served as Dean of Education. He was the founding President of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Chairman of its Government Affairs Committee for a decade, and the founding Dean of the College of Naturopathic Medicine at the University of Bridgeport (Connecticut).
"I am confident that we have designed the ForeverWell products to effectively move gut and liver function in the right direction. It is not always enough for everyone but if you do not improve digestion and elimination or gut and liver than you don’t have a chance to recover from chronic illness."
"The "honor the wisdom of the body" philosophy that is reflected in our work at ForeverWell has guided me day by day and patient by patient for the 30 years that I have been a naturopathic physician. I have seen it work over and over again with migraine and other chronic conditions."
Dr. Sensenig has consulted for a number of government agencies, insurances companies, colleges and natural products companies. He is on the faculty of the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine in Tempe, Arizona and the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine.

"I see such a diverse patient base and the energetic diagnostic tools really allow me to fine tune my protocols to an individuals needs. However, the starting point is always the same. Digestion and elimination. Everyone needs better gut function and almost everyone is toxic because the liver is so stressed. Direct nutritional support to these two systems is critical to the path to wellness in migraine and most of the chronically ill."
Dr. Marrongelle has lectured nationally and internationally on various topics within integrative medicine and has consulted with various natural medicine companies. He believes that the ForeverWell formulas are reflective of his underlying philosophy. "The ForeverWell formulas are so broadly effective in that they get almost everyone moving in the right direction.
