Frequently Asked Questions.

1. How long does it take for ForeverWell products to work?  This will vary from patient to patient. In our 90-day study, 80% of the migraine sufferers had good to dramatic improvement in quality of life.  They all noticed some improvement in the first 30 days. We recommend that you take the products at full recommended dosage for 3 to 4 months and half dosage for 3 to 4 months to get maximum benefit from our migraine prevention protocol.
    
2. Are there any side effects from taking your products? The principal side effect is that you experience a reduction or elimination in the number of migraine headaches you get. Please realize that the direct effect of our approach is that we are trying to create improvement in the digestive system. In the process of getting the digestive system working better some of our customers experience some mild symptoms such as bloating, diarrhea, constipation, etc. This generally occurs in about 10% of the customers and is generally short lived.
    
3. Do I have to stop taking my medicines to use ForeverWell products?  No. We specifically recommend that you make no changes to your current use of pharmaceutical, natural or over the counter migraine pain medications. As the duration and frequency of your migraine attacks decrease please consult your doctor about the possibility of eliminating those products you feel you can do without. We understand that it is important and necessary to continue using products that provide relief of your symptoms while our products try to get the body working well again.
    
4. How much do the products cost?  The two products for migraine prevention are ForeverWell Foundation Formula and ForeverWell Renew Formula. One bottle of each is sold as our Migraine Combo for $69.90 plus shipping.

For customers with a USA shipping address we charge $5.95 for shipping via US Postal Service Priority Mail. Thus a one month supply is $75.85 ($69.90 + $5.95). We offer FREE SHIPPING on a two month supply $139.80 ($69.90 X 2) and FREE SHIPPING plus an additional $20 DISCOUNT on a three month supply $189.70 ($69.90 X 3 = $209.70 - $20 = $189.70).

For international orders shipping charges are $15 on a one month supply $84.90 ($69.90+ $15) or on a two month supply $154.80 ($69.90 X 2 = 139.80 + $15 = $154.80). International customers receive FREE SHIPPING on a three month supply $209.70 ($69.90 X 3 = $209.70). The free shipping offer is available to international addresses that are served by standard US Postal Service Air Mail or Global Priority Mail.

6. Do ForeverWell products cause interaction problems with the migraine headache drugs I am taking? No. The main thing to remember is that our products are food based nutritional products focused on improving digestive and eliminative function.  We are targeting different areas of the body than the drugs are. Several study participants reported that when they got a migraine their pain and abortive medications worked better and at reduced dosage. This may be due to improved digestive function. The body is better able to absorb the migraine medications.
    
7. Do I have to stay on the products forever? No. Our theory as to the root cause of migraine suggests that your body has suffered some deterioration of normal function. To the extent we move you body back to normal and the migraines go away you may stop taking the products. Some people will find that they can go off the products and the migraines stay away, others will find it necessary to stay on a maintenance dose of one-half or one-third the recommended dose and still others will experience such a positive over-all improvement in their health that they decide to use our products as standard supplements to support good health.
    
8. Are ForeverWell products available at the health food store? Currently the only place you can purchase our products is on this web site.  When you go to the order page you will find options for on-line ordering, a toll free number you can call to place your order, or an order form you can print out and mail or fax to us.
    
9. What is the range of results your customers have enjoyed? It is really about as broad as you can imagine. We do our best to get feedback from all our customers including some that participated in our initial study. Two study participants in particular used the product during the 90 days of the study and their headaches largely disappeared. They discontinued the product and have not had headache problems since and that was in 2001. Other customers find that as soon as they stop taking the products their migraine headaches return. Still others improve, stop taking the products and are fine only to call us months later to reorder because the headaches have started again.
    
• There is also a group (approximately 20%) who do not experience improvement in the frequency and duration of their headaches. We believe that the root cause of migraine is the breakdown of normal function and while we know that our products are doing a great job of addressing the body's nutritional needs, there are other areas of imbalance that our products do not address. With our e-mail newsletter we attempt to inspire all of our customers to be aware of other areas where their lives might be out of balance. This includes things like dietary choices, exercise, physical and emotional stress, etc.
   
10. What is your return/refund policy? Any unopened product can be returned for refund within 60 days of purchase. Shipping charges are not refunded. Any product returned from an order that included free shipping or product discounts will be charged normal shipping fees and product discounts are applied to returned product. For example you can purchase a three-month supply for $189.70, which includes free shipping and a $20 discount. If for some reason you returned two months unopened we would refund $113.85 ($189.70 - $75.85).  $75.85 is the normal charge for a one-month supply with shipping charges.
